Abstract

The relation of social capital with social policy and social service is very important for these areas to focus on social change and development. In order to ensure this development, the place of social capital is very important and plays a very important role. Social capital facilitates social policies and social work practices in the modern world and makes these structures survive dynamically. Today, it is aimed to make more use of social capital in underdeveloped and developing countries and the applications for this purpose are implemented. These programs aim to eliminate poverty, income distribution inequality, social rights and social development.
