Öz

Çevrimiçi kumar platformlarının son on yılda gösterdiği hızlı büyüme, harcama davranışının psikolojik temellerinin yeniden incelenmesini zorunlu kılmaktadır. Bu derleme, sanal (çevrimiçi) kumar ortamlarının; bahis siteleri, sanal slot makineleri, canlı casino uygulamaları, spor bahis platformları ve oyun içi kumar benzeri mekanikler (loot box), bağımlılık yapıcı harcama davranışını hangi bilişsel, duygusal ve tasarımsal mekanizmalar aracılığıyla şekillendirdiğini güncel literatür (2013-2026 yılları arasında yayımlanmış 39 kaynak) temelinde ele almaktadır. Çalışma, kumar araştırmalarında geleneksel olarak kabul gören kişi-ürün-çevre üçlüsünden hareketle, sanal ortama özgü tasarım unsurlarının bu üçlüyü nasıl yeniden şekillendirdiğini tartışmaktadır. Bulgular; kayıp kovalama ve realizasyon etkisi, kontrol yanılsaması, alışkanlık oluşumu, görsel-işitsel ipuçlarının yarattığı daldırma (immersion) hissi ve platform/ürün tasarımının davranışsal ekonomiye dayalı unsurlarının harcama kararlarını sistematik biçimde etkilediğini göstermektedir. Ayrıca genç erkekler, üniversite öğrencileri, kadınlar ve oyun içi mikro-ödeme sistemlerine (loot box) maruz kalan gençler gibi risk gruplarının özgül savunmasızlıkları, kumar bozukluğunun psikiyatrik komorbiditesi ve intihar riskiyle ilişkisi tartışılmaktadır. Tarihsel süreklilik de ele alınarak, kumarın kurumsallaşmış hâlinden dijital ve mobil platformlara uzanan evrimi özetlenmektedir. Son bölümde önleme, çevrimiçi bilişsel-davranışçı tedavi yaklaşımları ve alanın metodolojik sınırlılıkları değerlendirilmekte, gelecek araştırmalara yönelik öneriler sunulmaktadır.
